I am the youngest journalist promoted to the editor-in-chief position at France Télévisions after holding the deputy editor-in-chief position for less than 2 years. I am in charge of the 40-year-old news show, Stade 2, broadcasted every Sunday afternoon. I am responsible for managing an editorial staff of 50 journalists and implementing new ways to make us more competitive and efficient.
- Created a new editorial team dedicated to investigative reporting. Topics recently covered: human smuggling in Africa, security breaches in France, mechanical doping in professional cycling.
- Transformed the 70-minute show by extending reports’ duration to an average of 20 minutes. A special edition included the 45-minute FIFA gate report last February.
- Managed the 10 M€ budget efficiently and reduced production costs from 170 k€ to 110 k€ per broadcast while increasing viewership.

Senior Correspondent – France Télévisions, London, UK December 2011 – October 2012
I was in charge of France Télévisions’ office in London where I led a team of 10 people including the journalists, cameramen, editors, producer and administrative staff. Defined the editorial board for both news and magazine coverage.
- Presented live stand-ups: London mayoral election, London Olympics.
- Conducted interviews on site and in a TV studio: Conservative candidate Boris Johnson and Labour’s candidate Ken Livingstone for London’s mayoral election, British PM David Cameron and Sebastian Coe, chairman of London Committee, for the Olympics.
- Developed a new budget and led transformations that saved 15% of the office’s operating costs.

Correspondent – France Télévisions, Beijing, PR of China December 2007 – September 2008
I was second in charge of the France Télévisions’ Asian office based in Beijing.
- Forged expertise in breaking news coverage in the field: riots in Tibet, earthquake in Sichuan, Beijing Olympics.
- Edited stories to fit scheduled programs and meet strict news deadlines every day.
- Produced investigative reports using hidden cameras: migrant workers’ conditions, families evicted from their homes to prepare for the Olympics.

Special reporter – France Télévisions September 1999 - October 2012
I traveled to more than 40 countries on all 5 continents and cumulated over 1000 reports such as “The aboriginal fight for rights in Australia” (2000), “The consequences of the economic crisis in Argentina” (2001) and “The apartheid museum in South Africa” (2003).
- Managed a field TV reporting crew composed of a sound engineer, a cameraman and an editor.
- Researched stories, using sources such as the written press, the Internet, archives and other databases.
- Visited locations to decide the best way of presenting the story.
- Conducted interviews. Wrote scripts and recorded voice-overs.

Editor-in-chief – L‘Institut Choiseul October 2008 - June 2010
I worked pro bono for L‘Institut Choiseul, an independent research center based in Paris, that analyzes international relations, economic and political strategies as well as international cultures.
